Oslo, Norway, September 10, 2025 - Capsol Technologies ASA today announced that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ingar Bergh has decided to step down from his role to pursue new opportunities outside the company. He will continue as CFO until the end of October and will remain available thereafter to support an orderly transition.&nbsp;"Ingar has played an important role in building the company and supporting our growth strategy during a period of significant expansion," said Wendy Lam, CEO of Capsol Technologies.
