Careium welcomes Q Technology Group as a shareholder

Careium

Careium welcomes Hong-Kong based Q Technology Group (Q-tech) as a new shareholder following the share purchases from Accendo Capital on January 15, 2024. Q-techacquired 5.0% of Careium's total share capital. Q-tech, listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange, is a market leader in innovative electronics working with a number of large-scale Western and Asian technology companies as customers. Q-tech acquired the shares at an average price of 26.50 SEK per share.

Christian Walén, CEO of Careium: "We are pleased to see the investment from Q-tech which, as a part of their extended business group, has been a valuable partner to Careium for many years. We are also grateful for the continued support of AccendoCapital."

Following the changes to ownership structure, Cidro Förvaltning AB isthe largest shareholder in Careium with 15.6% of the shares followed by Accendo Capital at 12.1% and Nordea Nordic Small Cap Fund at 11.5%.
