Castellum leases property to Saab in the Gothenburg Region
Castellum has signed a lease with Saab in Mölnlycke, Härryda Municipality. The lease comprises office premises, development spaces and light industrial production.

This lease shows that we have earned the confidence of nationally important companies, and that we have an attractive property portfolio in strategic areas,” says Joacim Sjöberg, CEO, Castellum AB.
Saab in Gothenburg develops and produces radar and sensor systems. As the business grows, the company needs to establish another facility.
The property will be adapted to the tenant’s needs, which will include an expansion, resulting in a total capacity of around 500 workplaces. Occupancy is scheduled for 1 June 2026. The tenant currently occupying the property will relocate to smaller premises in one of Castellum’s other properties.
