Castellum ranked world leader in sustainable projects
The results of the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), which are being presented today, show that Castellum ranks highest in the category of “Sustainability in projects”, scoring 100 points out of a possible 100.
“We are also pleased to have retained our high score of 92 points out of 100 in the Offices/Industry category. This ranks us 12th among all listed European property companies, and strengthens our position as experts in sustainable workplaces. The growing interest in sustainable investments in recent years is a very positive development, and we endeavour to be a sustainable choice for investors,” says Joacim Sjöberg, CEO of Castellum AB.
GRESB is an international benchmark that assesses and evaluates the sustainability initiatives of property companies and property funds. This year’s ranking encompasses 1,923 property companies and funds in 74 countries – which means broad coverage of the global property market. These evaluations and analyses play a key role in helping investors to make well-informed decisions.
