Cavendish Hydrogen ASA: Mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders

Oslo, July 22, 2026 - Reference is made to the announcement regarding issuance of new shares in Cavendish Hydrogen ASA dated July 22, 2026. The transactions relate to the vesting of Restricted Share Units (RSUs) granted on June 12, 2024 under the Company's long-term incentive program, of which 50% have vested into shares on July 20, 2026.

The following primary insiders received shares as set out in the attached notifications:

Robert Borin, CEO: 94 520 shares, where 55 228 of the shares granted were treasury shares and 39 292 were new share issued.
Marcus Halland, CFO:48 333 shares, where 28 238 of the shares granted were treasury shares and 20 095 were new share issued.
Peder Hykkelbjerg Hansen, COO: 31 286 shares where 18 281 of the shares granted were treasury shares and 13 005 were new share issued.
Michael Ewald Stefan, CTO: 30 967 shares where 18 094 of the shares granted were treasury shares and 12 873 were new share issued.

The new shares were acquired at a price of NOK 2 per share, corresponding to the nominal value of the shares. The treasury shares were transferred without compensation.
