Change in number of shares and votes in Netel Holding AB (publ)

Netel Holding AB (publ), reg. no. 559327-6263 (the "Company"), announces today, 30 September 2026, that the number of shares and votes has increased by 42,566,043 as a result of the Company’s decisions on 17 July 2026 on a rights issue and a directed overallotment issue subject to subsequent approval by the general meeting, which were approved by the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting on 21 August 2026.

Today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in the Company amounts to 91,077,916.
