<div class="abstract"><p>In accordance with the resolution at the Annual General Meeting on March 31, 2023, NCC has cancelled 8,674,866 own Series B shares previously repurchased by the company.</p></div><p>Following the cancellation of 8,674,866 shares, the total number of shares in the company amounts to 99,760,956 allocated among 12,914,123 Series A shares and 86,846,833 Series B shares. NCC has 2,168,716 Series B shares in treasury.</p><p>The share capital totalling SEK 867,486,576 is unchanged since - in parallel with the decision to reduce the share capital by cancelling repurchased shares - it was resolved to increase the share capital by making a transfer from unrestricted shareholders' equity to share capital (bonus issue). This was carried out without the issue of any new shares. The share capital was thereby restored to the same amount as prior to the reduction.</p>
