During the period from 26 May 2026 up to and including 26 August 2026, a total of 3,508,825 warrants under BIMobject's long-term incentive program LTIP 2023 were exercised, of which 2,758,825 in June and 750,000 in August, resulting in the subscription of a corresponding number of shares. As a result, the number of shares and votes increased by the same number. BIMobject has raised SEK 9,824,710 in total proceeds from these subscriptions.
The subscription period is now closed and no further subscriptions can be made under LTIP 2023. As of 31 August 2026, the total number of shares and votes in BIMobject amounts to 151,177,639.
