Change in the number of shares and votes in RevolutionRace

Following the subscription of shares through the exercise of warrants under LTIP 2022/2026, a total of 1,549,980 new shares have been registered in RevolutionRace.

After the registration of new shares, the total number of shares and votes in RevolutionRace amounts to 107,332,180.
