Change in the number of shares and votes in Tången Industrikapital AB (publ)

The number of shares and votes in Tången has changed during the month of June 2026 as a result of the measures taken in connection with the Company's IPO on 12 June 2026:

• All outstanding preference shares of series B (9,812,000 shares) were converted into Class B shares.
• 37,988,000 shares of series A were converted into Class B shares.
• The class of Class B preference shares has been discontinued in its entirety as a result of the above.
• The company resolved on an issue in kind in connection with previous incentive programs, whereby 206,318 new Class B shares were issued.
• The company resolved on a new share issue as part of the offering in the IPO, whereby 5,970,149 new Class B shares were issued.

Through the above issues, the total number of shares in the Company has increased by 6,176,467 shares, all constituting Class B shares. As a result of the conversions and subsequent issues, the total number of votes has changed from 411,692,000 to 75,976,467 votes.
