Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (”Astor Group” or the ”Company”) announces that as of today, 30 September 2026, there are a total of 78,146,589 shares and votes in the Company. The share capital amounts to SEK 20,606,104.
The number of shares and votes in the Company increased by 7,104,235 shares and votes, respectively, in September 2026 as a result of the directed rights issue to Swedish and international institutional and other qualified investors.
