The company's largest markets are in Central and Eastern European countries, including Romania, Poland, and Moldova. Shape Robotics was founded as a research spin-off in 2015. This announcement contains inside informationCompany Announcement No. 36-25 Copenhagen, 19 December 2025Shape Robotics A/S ("Shape Robotics" or the "Company") announces that its relationship with Beierholm, Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab ("Beierholm"), in its capacity as state-authorized auditor for the Company, has come to a close.
