Stockholm, 8 October 2026. Neovici Holding AB (publ) ("Neovici") held an extraordinary general meeting in Stockholm today. At the meeting, the shareholders elected a new Board of Directors, with Ove Alm as Chairman of the Board. Below is a summary of the resolutions adopted.

Election of Board of Directors, Chairman and Resolution on Remuneration
The meeting resolved to re-elect Jan Berggren and to elect Ove Alm, Jens Rastad and Simon Thunborg as new members of the Board of Directors for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting. The meeting elected Ove Alm as Chairman of the Board.

The new Board combines broad external experience in technology, financing, investments, entrepreneurship and company building with deep knowledge of Neovici and its operations.
