<div class="abstract"><p>Nacka, Sweden, October 2, 2024: Arlógica Máquinas e Equipamentos, Lda ("Arlógica") a compressor distributor and service provider, has become part of Atlas Copco Group. The company is based in Vila do Conde in the Porto Region in Portugal and has 9 employees.</p></div><p>Arlógica was founded in 1980 and has been part of the Pinto Brasil Group since 2008. The company offers sales and service of compressors and ancillaries and has recently begun to represent the Atlas Copco brand.</p><p>"This acquisition will allow us to strengthen the Atlas Copco brand presence in Portugal, especially in the regions of Porto and Braga", said Philippe Ernens, Business Area President for Compressor Technique.</p><p>The purchase price is not disclosed. Arlógica becomes part of the Compressor Technique Service division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.</p>
