Spotlight Stock Market has today decided to halt trading in Condo Nordic Holding AB's shares. The reason is that the company's board of directors is currently incomplete following the resignations of board members Anton Sikström and Elisa Saarinen.As previously announced, the company's CEO, Ville Valorinta, passed away in July. Following this, it became evident that the Finnish operations had not received the leadership and attention required.During the summer, the company, in close cooperation with its major shareholders, has worked to gain a better overview of the situation in Finland and to establish a plan for the next steps. This plan includes:<ul>	<li>Recruitment of a new board of directors and a new CEO,</li>	<li>Review of the company's financial conditions in dialogue with major shareholders,</li>	<li>Continued efforts to restore stability and ensure the company's&nbsp;long-term development.</li></ul>The shareholders intend to convene an extraordinary general meeting in the near future to appoint a new board of directors. The trading halt remains in effect until further notice, and the company will keep the market updated following applicable regulations.<div></div>
