Corem Property Group: Corem signs lease extension with Ericsson for approximately 16,000 sq.m. in Linköping
Corem has signed a five-year lease agreement with Ericsson covering approximately 16,000 sq.m. in the property Idéskaparen 2 in Linköping.
Ericsson has been a tenant in the property since 2014. The new agreement, which extends all currently leased premises, will take effect from the third quarter of 2027. The property is certified according to BREEAM In-Use and is located in the Mjärdevi area within Linköping Science Park.
