Corem has signed a six-year lease agreement with Länsstyrelsen for 6,310 sq.m. of office space in Elefanten 17 on Barnhemsgatan in central Linköping. The lease entails the entire building. The premises will be renovated prior to move-in, with occupancy scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.

"We welcome Länsstyrelsen to Barnhemsgatan and look forward to a long-term collaboration and partnership. The letting also serves as a testament of strong local presence and the demand for high-quality office space in attractive locations. We look forward to seeing the building filled with activity once again and further contributing to Linköping's city center," says Anna Lidhagen Ohlsén, Head of Property management at Corem.

The city center is filled with shops, restaurants, nightlife, parks, offices, and attractions, while the Garden Society park and the peaceful walking paths along Stångån serve as green oases within the urban core.
