announcement published by The Kingfish Company N.V. (Euronext Growth Oslo: KING)
(the "Company" or "Kingfish") today, 16 September 2026, at 08:30 CEST (the
"Announcement") regarding, inter alia, the resolution to increase the share
capital in connection with the issuance of 42,272,359 new shares (the "New
Shares") in a subsequent offering.
The Announcement contained an error in the stated new share capital of the
Company.
Following the issuance of the New Shares, the correct new share capital of the
Company is EUR 9,401,634.43, divided into 940,163,443 ordinary shares, each with
a nominal value of EUR 0.01.
