Corvenia converts pilot into agreement - Seagarden becomes a paying customer

BEYONDPress release2026-10-21 08:30

Beyond Frames Entertainment AB (publ) ("Beyond Frames") announces that Corvenia has converted its pilot project with the Norwegian industrial group Seagarden into a commercial agreement. Corvenia's AI-based platform is now live at Seagarden, which generated revenue of approximately NOK 260 million in 2025. The group comprises seven legal entities and has offices in Norway, Denmark, France and Singapore. The agreement makes Seagarden a paying customer, with the platform beginning to generate recurring revenue and cash flow.

Seagarden is an international producer of marine ingredients for food, nutrition and health products. The group uses Corvenia's platform to automate consolidation and financial reporting and provide a unified view of operations across company and national borders.

From pilot to commercial deployment

Following completion of the pilot, Seagarden has transitioned to live use of Corvenia's platform. The solution is now used in the group's day-to-day operations to streamline financial reporting and analysis.

The transition from pilot to paying customer marks a tangible step in Corvenia's commercialisation and demonstrates how the platform can meet the needs of international groups.

As Seagarden grows, there is scope to expand its use of Corvenia's platform and connect additional companies.

Automated reporting and better decision support

Corvenia's AI platform brings together financial information from existing business systems, automates group consolidation and enables users to drill down from key performance indicators to individual transactions.

For Seagarden, the solution replaces previous manual processes in which information was compiled from the RamBase business system, Excel and PowerPoint. The platform gives group management a unified, traceable view of operations without requiring existing accounting systems to be replaced.

"The pilot phase is complete, and Seagarden is now a regular customer. This is exactly the transition we are building Corvenia to enable: from testing to agreements that generate cash flow. The platform was chosen because it eliminates manual data compilation and provides a traceable view of the group without replacing existing systems. Turning a pilot into an actual agreement confirms that we are on the right track," says Bård Myrstad, CEO of Corvenia.

"We want to grow without our administrative workload increasing at the same rate. With operations in several countries, we need to understand what is driving performance and spend less time collecting and compiling figures. Automated consolidation of the group's accounts, with the ability to make IFRS adjustments, was one of our main reasons for seeking a new solution. With Corvenia, we produce reports in the same platform we use to work with our data. This puts us in a better position to monitor operations and support the group's continued growth," says Bernt Olav Røttingsnes, CFO of Seagarden.

The value of the agreement is not being disclosed. Beyond Frames will report any financial impact as part of its regular financial reporting.

Background to the planned transaction

On 18 September 2026, Beyond Frames announced a letter of intent regarding a potential reverse acquisition of Corvenia. Completion of the transaction is subject to several conditions and is not yet assured.
