Investor News No. 44/2026: Dataproces Group A/S puts office property up for sale
As part of the company’s strategy, Dataproces Group A/S has decided to put its office property located at Skalhuse 13, 9240 Nibe, Denmark, up for sale.
The decision forms part of Dataproces Group’s continued focus on efficient capital allocation and on concentrating the company’s resources on the continued development and growth of its core business within software and data analytics.
The property has been listed for sale through Colliers at an asking price of DKK 8.375 million.
A potential sale would entail that Dataproces Group, in due course, relocates its current activities from the property. In this connection, the company expects to seek new office premises in the Aalborg area. No decision has yet been made regarding the specific future location.
No agreement for the sale of the property has been entered into at this time. Dataproces Group will inform the market if a final agreement is entered into and this gives rise to a disclosure obligation.
