NORD.investments A/S (hereinafter referred to as ”NORD.investments”) will hold its Annual General Meeting Wednesday 20 April 2022. Shareholders in NORD.investments who request items to be included on the agenda must, in accordance with section 4.4.3 in the articles of association, present the request no later than Wednesday 9 March 2022.
Demand for inclusion of items on the agenda should be addressed to the Board of Directors and sent by email to hello@nord.investments.
