DecideAct A/S&nbsp;is currently seeking a replacement.</div>Until a new CFO is appointed the audit firm Boreco will take care of the CFO function on an interim agreement. The company is already providing outsourced accounting services to DecideAct. A further announcement will be made when a new CFO is appointed.PWC remains the auditor for DecideAct.Decide Act wishes Sigvaldi the best of luck with his new strategy consultancy and looks forward to good and mutually beneficial cooperation.
