Magle Chemoswed Holding AB (publ) ("Magle Group" or the "Company") has received a decision from the Disciplinary Committee of Nasdaq Stockholm by which the Company is ordered to pay a fine corresponding to two (2) annual fees, amounting to approximately SEK 550 thousand, for breach of the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Rulebook and the EU Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") concerning the Company's disclosure of an order received by its subsidiary Magle Biopolymers.

The Company disclosed a press release on 22 October 2025 regarding an order received by its subsidiary Magle Biopolymers. The Disciplinary Committee has found that the press release did not contain sufficient information regarding order value and the identity of the customer to enable a complete and correct assessment of the inside information by the public in accordance with MAR and the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Rulebook. The Company accepts the decision and acknowledges the deficiencies to which the matter relates and has since the event undertaken extensive measures to strengthen its internal controls regarding disclosure of information.
