<pre>(Oslo, 7 May 2023) Reference is made to prior stock exchange notices regarding DLTx ASA shares pledged by Hope for More AS as security for any amounts which may become due under an amended loan agreement between Hope for More AS and Easy2Connect AS, a company controlled by Thomas Christensen. Hope for More As has settled its loan with Easy2Connect AS, and Easy2Connect AS will receive 9,000,000 shares as settlement. Easy2Connect AS will hold a total of 14,888,334 shares in the company, corresponding to 14.47% of the shares and votes outstanding. Further, Thomas Christensen continues to hold 50,000 shares in the company. As a result, the combined shareholding of Easy2Connect AS and Thomas Christensen will be 14.52% and the combined shareholding has thus been increased to more than 10% of the company's outstanding shares and votes. This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Sections 4-2 and 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act. </pre>
