Faron is a global, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, focused on tackling cancers via novel immunotherapies. Its mission is to bring the promise of immunotherapy to a broader population by uncovering novel ways to control and harness the power of the immune system. The Company's lead asset is bexmarilimab, a novel anti-Clever-1 humanized antibody, with the potential to remove immunosuppression of cancers through reprogramming myeloid cell function. Bexmarilimab is being investigated in Phase I/II clinical trials as a potential therapy for patients with hematological cancers in combination with other standard treatments.

Partnerships have been discussed for years by Faron’s CEO.  Timo S has financed the operations and “positioned” his ownership close to the flaggings. A few months ago, he made an acquisition that seemed strange to me, which perhaps explains itself now. The foreign money mentioned by the CEO had come into the company to such an extent that a small top-up had to be done. Who wanted that foreign money in the company anyway? What if Faron’s decisions that are being made now, or have already been made, are different from what was said to Timo, for example… and now things go wrong. A certain directed issue is also possible, but that flagging maneuver would smell a bit fishy at this point.  The pieces have already been in place, so what is needed from Ash?  Perhaps foreign money if it can no longer be found from Finns? But where is that 10 million now? Quite big expectations around Ash, soon we’ll know what comes from there. Is greed ultimately the worst thing Faron has to overcome?

Syrjälä was left with 17,120,400 shares. Presumably, the share price dropped by approximately €0.05 due to that last announcement and just over 100,000 shares (and the reported sum well under €300K). Syrjälä’s assets decreased by approximately €856,020 at that very moment. This kind of wealth management - or an unfortunate coincidence? It had to be disclosed, but one would hope that Faron would occasionally have something wealth-generating to report… for example, on Monday.

I rarely write these days, but there are starting to be a bit too many posts in this thread that bring very little value to the discussion. It makes it difficult to follow the thread, as this place has historically offered more added value than many other meme-type sources. Please consider carefully whether your own writing brings added value to the thread. I’m writing this because there’s starting to be a bit too much unnecessary content compared to before. For many years, the atmosphere has been calmer.

In my opinion, the pieces are starting to fall into place here: -Lind sells his shares as before, prior to the directed issue  -Faron intends to proceed to the next phase on its own, and money is needed for that  -Faron announces a CFO change completely out of the blue, because a more energetic person is needed to replace Yrjö  -Faron wants to draw down HCM’s second loan tranche, but HCM won’t provide it without owner participation  -With Syrjälä’s “sale”, the share price is brought to a suitable level for the directed issue  -A 20m€ directed issue is made to old owners + to parties brought in by the new CFO  -HCM provides 10m€ additional financing when the owners put 20m€ new money into the company. This way, the can was kicked down the road by another year regarding financing. –-THE STORY ENDS HERE–

Here’s a quick Excel analysis of the development of Syrjälä’s holdings. At the turn of November-December, the ownership stake was still over 15%, even though he/she had previously divested some of his/her shares, but only the latest HCM dilution lowered the ownership stake below the flagging threshold.

This thread has gone completely off the rails. Usernames are bickering with each other with sandbox-level comments. All sorts of announcements are being copy-pasted, sometimes AI-generated content without checking any facts, etc. etc. Sad.

Well, that shows the share ownership on 20.10.2025, and the ownership % does not take into account the company’s own shares. You should sometimes read things from stock exchange releases before you each start guessing/posting your findings.
