Oslo, 23 September 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Deep
Value Driller AS (the "Company") earlier today. As set out in the notice, the
board of directors has resolved to propose to the extraordinary general meeting
an extraordinary dividend of NOK 20.60 per share.
The dates relevant to the proposed extraordinary dividend distribution are set
out below:

Ex-date: 8 October 2026
Record date: 9 October 2026
Payment date: Expected on or about 16 October 2026

Other: Please note that the proposed cash dividend is subject to approval by the
Company's extraordinary general meeting to be held on 7 October 2026, and will
not be paid prior to registration of an interim balance with the Norwegian
Register of Company Accounts in accordance with section 8-2a of the Norwegian
Private Limited Liability Companies Act.
