ECIT AS hereby announce that Datasvar AS has become a part of ECIT.
- The acquisition strengthens ECIT's presence within IT Consulting in Norway. We
are pleased to welcome customers and employees of Datasvar AS to ECIT, says
Peter Lauring, CEO in ECIT.
ECIT is acquiring 50.19 % of the shares in Datasvar AS, with an option to
acquire all remaining shares in the company. The acquisition has been settled
partly through cash, and partly with shares.

Datasvar AS, located in Hønefoss, delivers IT Consultancy services. Datasvar AS
has 7 employees and a revenue of 15.1 MNOK for the fiscal year ending
