Eezy operates in staffing and recruitment. The company offers solutions in several sectors, mainly in construction and civil engineering, electrical engineering and the manufacturing industry. In addition, HR support is offered as well as support and training in the work areas. The largest operations are found in the Nordic and Baltic markets. The company was previously known as VMP Group and is headquartered in Helsinki.

Eezy’s share buyback is 56,539 shares away from completion:  In July, the company has been virtually the only major buyer in the market, accounting for over 90% of the daily trading volume on some days. For example, yesterday’s daily volume was 126,606 shares, 120,000 of which were share buybacks. The most positive aspect of this operation is likely that less than half a million euros was spent on the share buyback out of the one million euros allocated. At the same time, those who subscribed in the offering were able to offload their holdings at a decent price.

I would say that the operating profit level (EBIT) tells more about the operational profitability in a company like this, as the bottom line is affected by internal group financing items etc. Of course, it is always difficult to draw conclusions from these figures between companies within the same group.
