<pre>Eidesvik Offshore ASA is pleased to report its Q4 and its 2022 preliminary full year group results. The report and the corresponding presentation are attached to this notification and available for download from the company's website. Revenue for Q4 2022 was MNOK 433.9 and revenue for the full year was MNOK 918.5. EBITDA for Q4 was MNOK 322.7 and MNOK 494.2 for the full year. Included in the above numbers and the below numbers is a gain for the sale of CSV Viking Neptun of MNOK 269.7. Adjusted for the gain we saw a revenue improvement of 13% for the quarter from Q4 2021 and 10% for the full year. Operating profit was MNOK 279.1 and MNOK 551.4 for the quarter and year respectively. Result before taxes was MNOK 354.4 for Q4 and MNOK 406.8 for 2022.
