<div class="abstract">EmbeddedArt har erhållit villkorat godkännande för notering på NGM Nordic SME. Första handelsdagen är planerad till den 19 december 2025. Detta innebär att EmbeddedArt byter marknadsplats från Spotlight till NGM. </div>Med anledning av godkännandet kommer EmbeddedArt, såsom tidigare offentliggjorts, att ansöka om avnotering från Spotlight den 16 december 2025 med önskan om sista handelsdag den 18 december 2025. Den första handelsdagen på NGM beräknas vara den 19 december 2025. Aktieägare i EmbeddedArt kommer inte att behöva vidta några åtgärder i samband med bytet av marknadsplats.<div></div>
