Eniro Group AB announces repurchases of own shares during the period 27 August-4 September 2026

Eniro Group AB (publ) ("Eniro" or the "Company") repurchased a total of 22,314 own shares during the period 27 August-4 September 2026, as follows:

The repurchases form part of the SEK 40 million share repurchase programme running from 24 July 2026 until 31 March 2027, which was announced on 23 July 2026.

All repurchases were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by DNB Carnegie in accordance with instructions from Eniro.

The total number of issued shares in Eniro is 14,923,649. Following the repurchases stated above, Eniro holds 385,822 own shares, corresponding to 2.585 per cent of the total number of shares in the Company.
