At the Extraordinary General Meeting of EnergyO Solutions Invest AB (the "company") on 18 October 2022 the following resolutions were adopted. All resolutions were in accordance with the submitted proposals, described in detail in the general meeting documents which are available at the company's website.
It was resolved to:
(a) Redeem 3,854,632 synthetically repurchased shares from Pareto Securitites AB under the company's synthetic buyback programme and to reduce the share capital by approximately SEK 4,888,526. The aggregate redemption consideration amounts to approximately SEK 59,793,061.
(b) Increase the share capital by approximately SEK 4,888,526 by way of a bonus issue.
