1 October 2025: The Board of Directors of EQVA ASA (OSE: EQVA) has appointed
Olav Hilmar Koløy as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EQVA ASA, effective on or
before 1 January 2026. Koløy replaces Tore Thorkildsen, who has served as
interim CEO since 30 May 2025. Tore Thorkildsen will continue to serve in his
original capacity as Head of Sales at BKS.
Olav Hilmar Koløy has more than 30 years of industrial experience, holding
various positions in the marine segment, latest as CEO of LOS Marine since 2018.
His experience spans from detailed fabrication to delivery of significant
customer projects. Olav is residing in Sunde, Kvinnherad, close to central
customers and the production facilities of BKS.

together with broad experience across sales, business development, and
