Etteplan has renewed its long-standing cooperation agreement with KHS, a leading global supplier of filling and packaging systems for beverages and liquid food. Etteplan continues to provide technical communication as a fully managed service for KHS. The cooperation further strengthens the strategic partnership between the companies, with Etteplan working closely with KHS to continuously develop and modernize KHS's technical communication across the entire documentation lifecycle.
Etteplan has supported KHS as its technical communication partner since 2011 and will continue to run KHS's technical communication function end-to-end. The scope includes comprehensive technical documentation services for KHS's global production network, supporting customer-specific machines and production lines. The renewed agreement focuses on continuously improving how technical information is created, managed and maintained, combining digital solutions, process optimization and intelligent technologies, such as AI.
The cooperation is implemented as a fully managed service, in which Etteplan takes end-to-end responsibility for KHS's technical communication processes, resources and technology throughout the entire documentation lifecycle. The services support multiple KHS production units and international sites and utilize artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, scalability and the quality and consistency of technical information. As an overall result, Etteplan and KHS have agreed targeted total cost reductions for the coming years across the technical communication lifecycle.
