Everysport Group AB (publ) today announces that its subsidiary Every Padel i Sverige AB has canceled the purchase agreement of Padel Panorama AB. The decision to do so is due to discrepancies in the warranty provided in the purchase agreement.
In June, Everysport Group's subsidiary Every Padel i Sverige AB entered into an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Padel Panorama AB for a purchase price of SEK 0.6 million, which previously was announced through a press release (https://news.cision.com/everysport-group-ab/r/everysport-media-group-s-subsidiary-every-padel-acquires-padel-panorama---one-of-the-world-s-largest,c3369870) on June 17, 2021.
Due to a claim of approximately SEK 1.3 million on the acquired company, Every Padel cancels the purchase agreement based on discrepancies in the warranty of the purchase agreement. Following the acquisition, the company's name was changed to Every Padel i Jönköping AB. In connection with the cancellation, the company is undergoing a name change to Padel Panorama AB.
