EYE World AB (publ): The Year in Review 2025
2025 has been a defining year for Eye World, one in which we laid the foundations for our next phase of large-scale European growth.
This year we completed two strategic acquisitions, SafeWeb and SafeState, marking the official start of our roll-up strategy in cybersecurity for SMBs and consumers across Europe. These acquisitions give us both scale and distribution, and form the foundation of a platform built for high-volume, low-touch cyber protection.
During the year, we also launched business cyber insurance in partnership with one of the world's largest cyber insurance underwriters, further strengthening our position as a full-stack cybersecurity platform for small businesses and consumers.
We strengthened our team with several key hires, reinforcing our commercial, technical and operational capabilities. At the same time, we continued to scale our existing business organically.
We delivered a strong improvement in profitability and added a substantial number of new customers to the platform through our growing reseller partner network.
In addition, we continued to expand our partner ecosystem and build on several previously announced strategic partnerships, including an expanded collaboration with Länsförsäkringar, one of the largest insurance and financial services groups in Sweden, covering new services, and a substantial expansion with Norway's leading telecom operator, scheduled to begin rolling out in 2026. Together, these partnerships are expected to materially strengthen our distribution, with further similar partnerships already in progress.
Looking ahead, we are entering 2026 with strong momentum. We continue to actively evaluate a number of strategic acquisition opportunities, and aim to share further updates during the first quarter of 2026.
