EyeonGroup announces that the Group, together with its recently acquired subsidiary Safestate AB, is reporting a positive result after financial items for the month of April for the first time. This result marks an important milestone in the company's growth journey.
The acquisition of Safestate AB, completed on April 28, is a strategic step toward driving both growth and profitability. As previously communicated, intensive efforts are underway to realize significant synergies. The positive result in April demonstrates the strong potential of this acquisition, which is expected to yield improved profitability as synergies are progressively realized over the next 12 months. The total cost synergies are estimated at approximately SEK 8 million annually.
