The target company offers a proprietary VPN solution and additional products from other providers, with all sales conducted through digital channels.</div><div class="bequoted-body">The reseller generates an annual cash flow and EBITDA of approximately SEK 20 million. The initial terms of the Letter of Intent include EyeonGroup paying a purchase price equivalent to 6 times EBITDA. The purchase price will be settled through the issuance of shares in Eyeon Group AB at a value of 20 SEK per share. Final terms may be adjusted following the completion of due diligence, which is expected to take place over the next 12 weeks.A strategic step toward growthEyeon Group is experiencing strong growth, with revenues of approximately SEK 12 million in invoiced revenues during Q4 2024, representing a 200% increase compared to the same period in 2023.
