<div class="abstract">The Board of Directors of Fable Media Group AB (the "Company") proposes a dividend of SEK 0.20 per share, amounting to a total distribution of approximately SEK 6.8 million.</div>The complete proposal will be presented in the forthcoming notice convening the Extraordinary General Meeting, at which the dividend resolution will be considered. The proposal is supported by the Company's majority shareholder and is therefore expected to be approved.The dividend is planned to be distributed at the end of March.
