This notification is made pursuant to InfraVia CMF Invest S.à r.l.´s subscription of shares in a share issue in Gruvaktiebolaget Viscaria ("Viscaria"). InfraVia Critical Metals Fund S.à r.l., SICAV-RAIF controls 100% of the shares and voting rights in InfraVia CMF Invest S.à r.l., which has subscribed for 25,500,000 shares in a share issue in Viscaria. As a result, InfraVia Critical Metals Fund S.à r.l., SICAV-RAIF indirectly holds 25,500,000 shares and votes in Viscaria, representing 6.63121% of the outstanding shares and votes in Viscaria. InfraVia Critical Metals Fund S.à r.l., SICAV-RAIF submits this notification on behalf of InfraVia CMF Invest S.à r.l. and on its own behalf. It should be further noted that the notification obligation is calculated based on the new total number of shares and votes in Viscaria (i.e., the "new base" as referred to in Finansinspektionen´s FAQ), which was known at the time of subscription of the new shares. The new base consists of a total of 384,545,140 shares and voting rights.
