The calculations in this notification of changes in major shareholdings are not based on the most recently publicly disclosed number of shares and votes pursuant to Chapter 4, Section 9 of the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act, but instead on the updated number of shares and votes in RaySearch Laboratories AB, reg. no. 556322-6157 (the issuer) following share conversions registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 15 December 2025 and 19 December 2025 whereby in total 2,171,738 class A shares have been converted to class B shares, as evidenced by the attached registration certificates (the "Conversions"). The Conversions have reduced the number of votes in the issuer. This notification of changes in major shareholdings is therefore submitted pursuant to a passive notification obligation and not as a consequence of any transaction undertaken by Johan Löf. Following the Conversions, the total number of registered shares in the issuer amounts to 34,282,773, of which 3,483,237 are class A shares and 30,799,536 are class B shares. The class A shares (ISIN SE0000166639) entitle to ten (10) votes per share and the class B shares (ISIN SE0000135485) entitle to one (1) vote per share. Accordingly, the total number of votes in the issuer amounts to 65,631,906.Johan Löf holds 3,443,084 class A shares and 68,393 class B shares, in total 3,511,477 shares, in the issuer, which, following the Conversions corresponds to 52.56473% of the votes and 10.24269% of the shares in the issuer. Accordingly, Johan Löf has exceeded 50% of the voting rights in the issuer.
