Flerie’s portfolio company Xspray Pharma resolves on a rights issue of approximately SEK 90 million

FLERIEPress release2026-11-06 09:30

Flerie AB’s (publ) portfolio company Xspray Pharma has announced a rights issue of approximately SEK 90 million, with an over-allotment issue. The company has received subscription undertakings of approximately SEK 104 million from, among others, Flerie, Ribbskottet, the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund, Unionen, Coeli Asset Management, Lars Jörnow and Hunter Capital.

The financing will support the ongoing regulatory, manufacturing-related and commercial preparations for the launch of Dasynoc® and Nilopki®, as well as to advance the company’s development portfolio and strengthen its future manufacturing capacity.

“We are pleased to support Xspray by taking our pro rata share in the rights issue, and to see major commitments, both from new investors and existing shareholders, including certain investors committing to participate in the over-allotment issue. Flerie has been a long-term owner of Xspray, and we continue to have great confidence in the company’s multiple products and its ability to pass the next regulatory hurdles and prepare for commercialisation of two products in the USA,” says Ted Fjällman, CEO of Flerie.

Xspray Pharma has yesterday announced that the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has initiated an unannounced follow-up inspection at NerPharMa’s manufacturing facility in Italy regarding the cGMP observations previously identified at the facility.

Flerie’s holding in Xspray Pharma amounts to 17%.

About chronic myeloid leukaemia and acute lymphoblastic leukaemia
Chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) and acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) are two forms of blood cancer with different disease progression. CML is today a chronic, manageable disease thanks to tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), with an estimated 300,000 people living with CML in Europe and the US, and a global prevalence that could reach up to 10 million. ALL is an aggressive, rapidly progressing form of leukaemia that requires intensive treatment and is most common in children, though it also occurs in adults, where the prognosis is generally poorer. Despite effective treatments, challenges remain around tolerability, adherence and outcomes following relapse – creating a significant market opportunity for improved treatment options.
