FlexQube AB (publ) announces that Tobias Byfeldt and Daniel Pettersson are proposed for election as new Board members at an Extraordinary General Meeting. At the same time, it is proposed that Per Augustsson step down from the Board to focus fully on his operational role in the company, particularly the continued development and sales of FlexQube’s autonomous mobile robot solutions, FlexQube Navigator AMR.

The proposed changes aim to strengthen the Board’s collective expertise in automation, international business development, with a particular focus on North America, and profitable growth.

Per Augustsson to focus on operational activities

Per Augustsson plays a central role in FlexQube’s technical and commercial development within AMR. The proposal for him to step down from the Board will allow him to concentrate his time and commitment on operational activities, focusing on product development, customer projects and sales of the company’s AMR solutions.

Per will continue in his operational role, contributing his technical expertise and experience to FlexQube’s development.

Tobias Byfeldt – experience in automation and international growth

Tobias Byfeldt has extensive international experience in automation, mobile robots and business development. He is CEO of GARO and previously served as Head of the Lifting Automation business area at Piab Group and led Kollmorgen’s global business in control systems for AGVs and mobile robots. He also has Board experience, including at MTEK Industry, and holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.

Tobias combines technical industry expertise with experience in international sales and developing growing businesses. His expertise is expected to strengthen the Board’s work on FlexQube’s automation business, commercialization and international expansion.

Daniel Pettersson – experience in profitability improvement and corporate governance

Daniel Pettersson has broad experience in executive management, Board work and the development of international businesses. He served as CEO of Vätterledens Invest from 2017 to 2026, with responsibility for a portfolio of companies with combined annual revenue of approximately SEK 2 billion. Before that, he was CEO of Markslöjd, where he led a comprehensive transformation and profitability improvement program.

Daniel is a Board member and former Chairman of Qualisys, where he contributed to the company’s growth, international expansion and stock market listing. He holds an Executive MBA from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.

Daniel is expected to contribute particular expertise in profitability improvement, capital allocation and strategic development. His experience in developing technology companies and combining operational and shareholder perspectives complements the Board’s expertise.

Resolution at an Extraordinary General Meeting

Under the proposal, the Extraordinary General Meeting will resolve to remove Per Augustsson from his position as a Board member and elect Tobias Byfeldt and Daniel Pettersson as new Board members for the period until the close of the next Annual General Meeting. The changes are subject to approval by the Extraordinary General Meeting.

Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting, including the full proposals, will be published separately.
