Following this transaction, MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna holds 22,022,630 shares, representing 16,35% of the total outstanding shares and voting rights in Gentoo Media Inc. Total holdings by close associates of Mateusz Juroszek now stand at 28,656,013 shares.
