Building on strong market positions and extensive flight heritage, the unit serves system integrators and satellite operators globally. The strategic focus is on increasing volume, margins, and repeat business through product standardization, industrialization, and scale.

2. Satellite Systems Business Unit - Delivering Satellites at Scale
The Satellite Systems Business Unit designs, assembles, and delivers complete satellite systems. The unit focuses on repeatable and scalable execution to meet growing demand for multi-satellite and constellation programs. Key priorities include delivery predictability, cost efficiency, and industrialized production.

3. National & Defense Solutions Business Unit - End-to-End Sovereign Capabilities
The National & Defense Solutions Business Unit delivers turnkey space solutions for government customers across defense and civil domains. The unit integrates satellites, ground systems, operations, and data services to support national security, surveillance, and resilience, positioning GomSpace as a long-term strategic partner.

4. Advanced Missions Business Unit - Complex and Strategic Space Programs
The Advanced Missions Business Unit addresses technologically complex and strategically important space missions, including European and national institutional programs. Building on GomSpace's deep engineering heritage, the unit advances new technologies, supports capability maturation, and strengthens long-term strategic positioning.

5. North America Business Unit - Expanding Presence in the World's Largest Space Market
The North America Business Unit operates as a dedicated commercial and customer-facing unit focused on the world's largest space market. It leverages and sells solutions, satellite systems, and technologies from across GomSpace's other business units, while strengthening local partnerships and market access.
