Green Landscaping Group expands in Lithuania through the acquisition of UAB Economus

Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) has signed an agreement to acquire UAB Economus with sales of approximately EUR 3.4 million.

UAB Economus (Economus) was founded in 2006 and is led by Mindaugas Jokimčius. Economus offers a full range of children’s playgrounds, outdoor gym installations and maintenance services. The company is headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in UAB Economus. The transaction is financed with cash and is expected to close during the fourth quarter 2025, subject to relevant approvals.
