GreenMerc AB (publ): GreenMerc AB: Change of CEO - Ari Liukko takes over as new CEO

Stockholm, 5 February 2026 | GreenMerc AB (publ) today announces that Arvid Börje Ramberg is leaving his role as CEO. Ari Liukko, co-founder and one of the company's main owners, will take over as the new CEO with immediate effect.

During his time as CEO, Arvid Börje Ramberg has played a central role in developing GreenMerc's regulatory platform and strengthening the company's position in digital assets and modern financial infrastructure.

Arvid will continue to be engaged in the company as an advisor through GreenMerc's advisory board and will also remain a partner in the company.

Ari Liukko has co-founded GreenMerc and has a long background as an entrepreneur and leader in technology and finance companies. He has previously been CEO of two other listed companies and has solid experience in leading companies in growth and transformation phases.

The Board of Directors believes that the change of leadership will create good continuity at the same time as the company enters the next phase with a focus on continued expansion, the launch of new financial services and a strengthened market position.
