<div class="abstract">Stockholm, August 26, 2025 |&nbsp;GreenMerc AB (publ) ("GreenMerc") has entered into a cooperation agreement with Valuno Group AB (publ) ("Valuno") under which the Greenmerc Group will take over responsibility for Valuno's mobile app under the brand Quickbit. Through the collaboration, Valuno's existing customers will continue to have access to crypto services via a new app and web interface in Quickbit's graphic profile, powered by GreenMerc's technical platform.</div>The fact that the GreenMerc Group is now taking over the service means an uninterrupted user experience for Valuno's existing customers - through the operations of GreenMerc's subsidiary Trijo.GreenMerc's platform is developed to manage multiple brands in parallel, enabling a brand-specific user experience with very high scalability. The investment in this scalable platform makes it possible to smoothly take over and further develop offerings under other brands - such as in this case Quickbit."We have built Greenmerc's platform with flexibility and compliance in focus. To now be able to take over and continue to serve Quickbit's app customers is a good example of how our technology creates continuity for users and business benefits for our partners," says Arvid Börje Ramberg, CEO of Greenmerc."The collaboration with Greenmerc means that our app customers can continue to be offered a complete crypto service.
