We are pleased to announce that Härmämedi and Aino Health have signed a partnership agreement to provide Aino's Work Ability Management SaaS platform to Härmämedi's occupational health customers.

Through this partnership, Härmämedi's customers will gain access to a modern digital solution that supports proactive work ability management, early intervention processes, sickness absence management, and collaboration between employers, managers, employees, and occupational health professionals.
Aino's platform helps organizations move from reactive absence management to proactive workforce wellbeing and work ability management. By combining structured processes, data-driven insights, and root cause analytics, organizations can identify workforce risks earlier and take targeted actions to support employee wellbeing and productivity.
The partnership enables Härmämedi to further strengthen its occupational health offering by providing customers with digital tools that support:

  • Early support and intervention processes
  • Sickness absence management
  • Return-to-work coordination
  • Work ability discussions and documentation
  • Management reporting and analytics
  • Collaboration between employers and occupational health services

"We are excited to partner with Härmämedi and support their customers with a proven platform for proactive work ability management. Together, we can help organizations improve employee wellbeing, reduce sickness absence, and strengthen workforce sustainability," says Jyrki Eklund, CEO Aino Health.
The cooperation reflects both organizations' commitment to helping employers create healthier, more productive workplaces through preventive and data-driven work ability management.
The solution will be available to Härmämedi's occupational health customers during 2H2026.
