After the transaction, Havila Holding AS holds 12,204,656 shares in HAV Group ASA. Vegard Sævik holds additionally 1,127,179 shares through his private company Innidimman AS, while Hege Sævik Rabben holds additionally 1,127,179 shares through her private company HSR Invest AS.
